Greetings
Darin Fans! We are writing to let
you know that we now have the final schedule and total costs for our gathering
in May, 2007. We have come up with a final plan that we feel is fun, informative
and cost efficient. We hope you all agree!! Below
is a listing of a cost breakdown. The attachment we have included has the
schedule that we have decided on. Please
understand that we are giving you all information that we have, except for the
names of several special guests. This is not done in any way to be secretative—just
to add a little anticipation and fun in looking forward to May. We know you
understand and share in the idea of a few fun surprises.!! EVENT COST BREAKDOWN per PERSON THESE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE HOTEL ROOMS. YOU
NEED TO MAKE YOUR OWN HOTEL ROOM ARRANGEMENTS & RESERVATIONS.
For Event Reservations AFTER March 23rd, The FEES will be $300.00 for the Entire Event.
Individual Day Pricing: AFTER March 23rd, The FEES will be 15% additional for individual Events.
FINAL DEADLINE IS MAY 5TH, 2007 Deadline for final payment is March 23, 2007. If you have already submitted the initial $100 deposit, your balance due is $165.00 per person. Please use the attached Final Payment form for this purpose.
*Please note that Brunch at Bobby’s house on the attached schedule is still in question because the house is currently listed for sale and may not be available. If the Brunch occurs, an additional charge of $12.50 per person will be required which will be collected on Friday at time of registration. (Only "3-day" guests will be able to attend this event.) |
